I've just spent an hour and a half watching videos one of the most effective communicators of the Gospel in our time, Rob Bell. I highly recommend that you go to your favorite search engine, type in his name, and watch for ten minutes, or 90 minutes. You can't help but understand God in new ways after a session with Rob. Our adult Sunday School class watched his "The Gods Aren't Angry" last year, and we got an entirely different view of how human perception of God has changed in the last 5,000 years. I just watched a video of his appearance at Willow Creek Church near Chicago a year ago, unlocking for me many of the mysteries of the book of Revelation. Way to go Rob! And blessings on your ministry!
